RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We take pride in creating unique garments, produced to the highest quality possible. If however your garment does not fit as you were expecting or you are not completely satisfied, we will happily provide an exchange or refund.
Please email email@example.com at your earliest convenience to let us know what you wish to return.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in as-new condition - unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached. If not, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
Unless a product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense. We cannot accept COD returns.
Please ensure all returned items are well packaged and we recommend sending returns via registered post as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
We will happily exchange your product for a different size. Exchanges however are dependent on availability at the time of the return. Should an item be unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

Please specify the item/s to be returned and your original order number. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please specify which size you would like instead.
