Please read them carefully before placing your order, as your order submission indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the electronic Order form on the Website.

Placing Orders

By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that all pictures and images displayed on the website may differ in real life and that you have read the corresponding written description of the goods. Colours depicted should be used as a guide only, as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in variations shown on the website. Where we provide sizing or other measurements in the descriptions, it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose.

You must check your order carefully before submitting it. Once submitted, cancellation of your order or changes to the goods ordered may only be made by agreement.

You must provide complete and accurate information as to your personal details, or those of your nominated recipients for gifts, to enable the processing and delivery of you order. Yosh will not be liable to you for your loss, or that of any third party, for a delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver goods to you or your nominated recipient due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided by you. If you provide us with inaccurate shipping details we are under no obligation to resend your order if it is shipped to the address you provided in the order.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Non-Australian currency figures are approximations based on an exchange rate.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Yosh does not have any control over these charges and we are unable to advise what they will be. For more information please contact your local customs office for your specific regulations and compliances. Any charges incurred are to be paid by you on delivery of the order.

Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment, billing and shipping details prior to fulfilling the order. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel orders at any time for any reason. In the event your order is not accepted, your credit card, debit card or PayPal account will be refunded.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted, we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and either suggest an alternative product or remove the item from the order and issue you with a refund.

Orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Delivery

Yosh uses Delivery Agents to deliver your goods and the delivery times we provide are estimates only. We are not liable for any losses, damages or costs you suffer as a result of a late delivery.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods for any fault and notify us as soon as possible after receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Order Cancellations or Amendments

Orders can be cancelled or amended by contacting Yosh Cycling via email. If the order has already been dispatched, Yosh reserves the right to charge a fee for the return delivery costs.

Returns and Exchanges

Yosh will happily exchange or refund your purchase provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached and returned within 14 days of original dispatch.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Promotional Code Terms & Conditions

A Promotional Code ("promo code") means a code that must be entered at checkout on online transactions in order to receive a discount or benefit.

Each promo code is subject to the specific terms & conditions stated on the promo code offer and these general promo code terms & conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.

Promo Codes:

Are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit
Are valid for qualifying purchases made on yoshcycling.com
Must be redeemed within the validity period
Are not redeemable on bundle offers, pre-sale items or sale items unless expressly stated otherwise
Cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase
Discounts are applied prior to shipping, handling and sales tax charges
Cannot be combined with other offers and can only be redeemed once per customer unless otherwise stated

Terms and Conditions for Spend & Save

Save $50 when you spend $150 or more; save $100 when you spend $300 or more; and save $200 when you spend $600 or more online at yoshcycling.com. The minimum spend must be made in one transaction. Offer valid only for dates as advertised. Offer is valid across all products, unless otherwise stated, while stocks last.

The offer is not redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The offer cannot be redeemed against prior purchases. This offer can be redeemed multiple times throughout the promotional period.

Any items returned in accordance with the returns policy will be refunded at the price of the item as displayed on the receipt, not the original price.
